These terms of use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of TradeMate 's website and online platform, as well as the asset custodian service platform software provided by TradeMate (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Services.

TradeMate reserves the right to remove any content that it deems inappropriate or in violation of these Terms and freeze or delete your account and terminate all services and relations without prior notice or given reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify TradeMate immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Please be aware that we collect and request data from you accordingly to international laws and regulations in line with Anti Money Laundry Law.

FEES AND PAYMENT
TradeMate may charge fees for the use of certain features or services within the Services. Any fees will be clearly disclosed to you prior to your use of the applicable feature or service. You are solely responsible for paying all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services.

TradeMate reserves the right to change its fee structure and to introduce new fees or charges at any time upon reasonable notice to you.

TRADEMATE MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICES OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SERVICES. TRADEMATE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Risks are inherent in every investment. Before using copy trading software like Trademate, it's essential to understand the risks involved. Only invest what you can afford to lose. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
TradeMate reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time upon reasonable notice to you. Any modifications will be effective upon posting to the Services. Your continued use of the Services after any such modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

RIGHTS & TERMS AS USER
With your registration and payment you gain the right of a certain percentage of the profits of the company just as a shareholder but without the right of voice in the shareholder meetings or voting.
We will lease a certain percentage share to your behalf with the right to immediately cancel the agreement when you withdraw your share or getting banned from the platform. All terms are written and agreed on within the service contract of the website trademate.one

SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and your use of the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ras al Khaimah for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services.
